I’ve been coming to CYDF since they opened over 2 years ago and LOVE it! I love the personable and caring environment. My questions are always answered thoroughly and honestly. They are always flexible if I need to make any chances to my membership or appointments. I also love that there are products friendly for pregnant women (I was pregnant when I first started coming here!) their spf is my absolute favorite! I highly recommend CYDF!

I had a great experience at CYDF Facial Spa. The place is very clean, relaxing, and I love the neon sign lighting—it gives the space a really cool vibe. I’m a big fan of their 30-minute quick facial concept. It’s perfect when you want something effective but don’t have a ton of time. For me, it’s so relaxing that I usually end up falling asleep during the treatment. I also tried one of their sunscreens and really liked it. A big bonus is that I can use the same one for both myself and my kid, so I don’t have to buy two separate sunscreens. The location is lovely too. There’s a great Mexican restaurant down the street and a pottery studio in the other direction that I like to stop by when I’m in the area, which makes the whole outing even better. My only wish is that it was closer to me in East Brainerd so I wouldn’t have to drive into the city—but it’s still worth the trip!
